No Returns or Exchanges Without Quality Issues Policy

We guarantee that all products undergo strict quality inspections to ensure they are in good condition before shipping. Therefore, if the product you receive has no quality issues and matches the description and specifications selected at the time of purchase, we will not accept requests for returns or exchanges without reason. This policy is designed to avoid unnecessary logistical costs and resource waste, while also respecting your purchasing decision.

We are happy to accept returns: The return period is extended to 10 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

  • The return must be requested within10 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
  • The item must be returned with tags and packaging in their original condition.
  • Please note: Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Apparel: All original tags must still be attached to the garment(s). Please avoid getting deodorant, makeup, or perfume on the item, and be mindful of jewelry that could catch or tear the fabric.

Damaged/Defective Items: If you believe the item is defective or damaged, please contact our official email so that we can assist in resolving the issue.

BABAMA reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the above return policy. Items that do not meet the conditions will be sent back to the original shipping address. To avoid this, please contact our official email to assist you with the return process, providing your order number, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return. You may also be required to provide photo confirmation.

Return Process

To initiate a return, you can contact our official email for assistance. BABAMA adheres to a strict paperless policy to reduce waste, so shipments do not include a return slip in the package.

Guest Orders: If you placed your order as a guest, you must create a BABAMA account to request and manage returns yourself. If you prefer, you can contact our official email for help with the return process.

International Returns
International customers are required to bear the return shipping, packaging, and customs fees on their own, and coordinate with local postal agencies for return matters.

Please follow these steps to request a return authorization:

Step 1 – Log in to your BABAMA account and access your ‘Order History.’

Step 2 – Request a return authorization (RA) by emailing RAE@babama.com.cn 

Step 3 – Return instructions will be sent to the email address associated with the order.

Step 4 – Follow the instructions and coordinate the return with your local postal service.

Please use your country/region’s local shipping carrier for international returns and ensure standard shipping. For added security, please insure all packages and use a tracking number.

Exchanges

BABAMA does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the desired item(s) at your earliest convenience.

Refunds

Once the returned merchandise passes quality inspection and is approved, BABAMA will issue a refund to the original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note, it can take up to 7 business days to process the refund. Your financial institution may take additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.

Please note: Taxes, duties, tariffs, and excise charges levied for overseas orders are not refundable, whether for returned or exchanged items.

Frequent Returns

We offer a lenient return policy to provide customers with a convenient shopping experience. If you experience sizing issues or consistently find the merchandise unsatisfactory, please contact our Customer Care team.

Frequent returns from the same account will automatically be flagged in our system. If we notice any abuse of the return policy, we may take action by blocking the account and/or canceling future orders.

Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering all orders within the estimated delivery time. Please ensure the shipping address you provide is accurate, as we are unable to modify it once the order has been placed.

  1. Shipping Information
    BABAMA ships worldwide. To give you peace of mind, we provide tracking numbers for all packages.
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping details and the corresponding tracking number. You can click the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.
  2. Order Status & Tracking
    All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation from our warehouse. This may vary depending on factors such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, order packaging, and dispatch. A confirmation email will be sent once the order is successfully received.
  3. Duties & Taxes
    Taxes and shipping fees are included in the product price.
    However, depending on your country's policies, you may need to pay additional import fees and duties, subject to specific circumstances.
